Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Cut-off time is every Friday at 3:00PM (EST)

Delivery time

After processing, delivery typically takes 5 to 13 business days. In total, you can expect your order within 6 to 15 business days after placing it. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will look into it right away.

Address changes

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible through the contact page. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address for you.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if your order is lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
